I'm searching for somebody who can develop for me a Flash application requested by a client of mine.
My client is in the business of selling exterior advertisement space on public city buses, so we need a flash tool that allows his potential customers to get an idea of how the end result would look. Esentially, is about showing the image of a bus, and then allow the user to change colors, write text and place it anywhere over the bus, and upload a jpg file to apply it to the bus.
You'd have to provide all the images, like arrows or whatever is used in the design.
An example that works like what we need can be found in [url removed, login to view], the wallpaper creator.
Update May 10th:
Based on questions asked, more details follow:
Yes, it's a bus editor. The idea is that the client is able to upload a rectangular image of their choice in JPG and see it applied to a drawing of a bus, with blue windows; not exactly cartoonish, but not realistic either.
Aside from the image, the user needs to be able to choose the color of the bus and write some arbitrary text and place it over the same bus, anywhere, in a drag and drop fashion.
The web site user should be able to print and save his result, and this image should be sent via email to a given address of my client.
For the look and feel, see my client's site, please:

I'd like it to work more or less in the same way as the GarfieldTheMovie wallpaper creator located at:

If you feel that the uploading, saving and sending of the images is outside of your skills or would it be too expensive mention that and I can get it done separately....
