Flash designer needed for new topless model portal

Team Omni Network is currently seeking a freelance Flash designer that can create a new online portal featuring 6-10 models that will pose topless images, video, and chat/video service. Designer will need to be able to design site, create a back-end interface that will allow our staff to upload content, create, delete, and edit galleries of images and video files, update news and events, and other elements of the site. Ongoing project for three years; designer will receive monthly payment, plus quarterly rev-share on member subscriptions... projected sales by end of year one are expected to reach 20K per month.
