I have asked a coder to undertake a piece of work in flash. One of my requests is that the final file that we create needs to be saved in some sort of image format. I am aware that it is not possible to do this directly with flash, some other external module will need to be called/used.... I will be using the flash file inside a C# written .net project, which has a web front end. We can do all of the other work that we need to, using a combination of C# and SQL and flash. Ideally, what I need is this extra module written so that when we press 'SAVE' in the flash program this other coder has developed, we get to do whatever we need to do, along with creating an image of the final appearance of the flash file (the flash file will have some objects on it that we will move around, the final placement of these objects is what we want to save as an image)
Anyone out there who has ideas on writing this external module please apply.....
