I seek the services of a vendor to develop the programming of a Reusable Learning Object(RLO). RLOs are digital objects that can be used, reused, or referenced in Web-based, computer-based and face-to-face learning environments. An RLO contains a single learning or performance objective that builds from a collection of assets (i.e. text, video, images and sound) that provides interactive content, context-free (for reuse) instructional practice activities and an assessment.
All RLOs must be completed in macromedia flash. Example RLOs can be found here: <[url removed, login to view]>.
I will only consider those who can show me examples of similar projects. This includes any elearning, rlo, etc.
Each RLO will come with an RFP which is a storyboard of what should displayed on each step. Each RLO will most likely contain all kind of assessments from multiple choice, drag and drop, fill in the blank, etc.
There is a potential of hundreds of RLOs over the next several years. I will release specific RLO details for the first project upon selection of a company. Please make your bid on recreating one of the RLOs displayed here: <[url removed, login to view]>. This will give me an idea of your pricing. Your company will not be selected if you do not bid on one of the RLOs here: <[url removed, login to view]>.
Special considerations will be given to those companys who show examples utilizing exceptional flash design skills.
I would also like to know how many people (maximum) in your company are capable of working on RLOs every day. There will most likely be 1 to 10 RLOs given at one time and it would be nice to work on several of them at a time.
