Need Flash Header With Animation

I need a flash header done with quality animation.? I like the feel of the ones done on [login to view URL] My movie will consist of: The industry we are focusing on has multiple obstacles and problems to solve.? These problems i will appear randomly on the screen.? After multiple ones are on the screen, they will suddenly get sucked up in a box that closes them all up.? Once the box is closed our company name will fade in with our tagline. I was thinking about using this video below (follow link) and just reverse the video so the box is closing instead of opening. The words all being sucked in should not amatuerishly fall in.? They should have good effects when they suck like a vacuum.? ? The words should compress as they get closer to teh box.
