I've drawn this scetch and need to have it turned into a Flash movie to use for a header on a website. It must contain slight modifications as described in "Deliverables".
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This scetch needs to be turned into a Flash-movie for use as a header on a website (max width is 760px). I've uploaded is a rough outline of what I want but some creativity of the graphics artist would be good. The overall theme should be "technology in decay".
There must be made more computermonitors in the middle, instead of the little amount I've drawn, and on all of them (acting like 1 screen) should run a movie made in 3D Studio Max (Not made yet). It can be converted to an arbitrary format, just as long as Flash is able to play it. I just need a filename to name it and upload it in the same directory as the Flash movie.
Furthermore all (or a lot) of the cut wired should emit sparks once in a while (silently - no movement-all-over-the-place stuff here) and the pipe under the screens should emit smoke instead of steam. By the way - ditch the wrench. Some graphics for a content box will be required too with the same theme.
Windows, Linux, everything that run Flash.
