I am currently planning on setting up a website that will display photos that will be user submitted through cellphones to an email address. At this time, I am not interested on the cellphone side as I plan on visitors using a PC to browse. I would like some sort of user interface to be designed that will display the photos in a matrix-style format (meaning having the photos lined up in rows and columns). I would also like the ability that when a photo is clicked, it will expand in size (so it can be more clearly seen). At this point in time, I do not require the photos that are received to be automatically included without human interaction. For a start, I think it would work if I could have a dedicated folder for approved photos and that every time the page is loaded, a script will look to this folder and arrange all of the photos in the folder into the previously described matrix format. Please ask any questions, I am open to suggestion in order to both make the site better for users and the programmer. Additionally, I am initially setting the time line for 30 days, however, this may be negotiated if and as required.

I need to have pages run on a Windows based server. Required browsers included Firefox 1.0+ and MSIE 5.0+.
