We have a mySQL server database and we have an app and a website running off of it for photos. The photos will be both uploaded and then requested back from the database both from the website and mobile app. We are using cooliris on our website. We need to make a cooliris media rss feed (a lot of the code is on their website), that will be created from our database. We also need the ability to search within our database and pull specific photos up onto the cooliris wall.
When the photos are uploaded they need to be compressed 70kb or below and assign them an 8 digit alphanumeric code, in a naming convention. A user can add up to 140 characters of text with the photo/image.
We have a database set up for approval and or rejection, the photos would need to be pending, until they are approved or rejected. After the approval or rejection, an automatic email/sms would be generated and sent.
When we hit the "find" button on our website, the code needs to search the database for the alphanumeric code, find the picture, and bring back the nearby photos onto the cooliris wall. A short video will pop up, and when the video is done, it should close and reveal the photo that was searched for. In addition the 140 characters of text should appear with the photo.
Also, the website has a payment function that has to integrate with the upload. The developer is not needed to create the payment piece but should be aware that a user will upload a photo, and then pay, and that whether they paid or not will be entered into the database.
