886 phpBB forum+Web Design: Non-PR

Project Overview: -This is a project for a non-profit organisation so please understand certain constraints... and do your very best! -Client needs a website designed for them using a (html+flash template) -there are 5 static pages and 2 pages which require minor php coding ('Contact Us' form and 'Tell-a-friend' form) -there will be a Forum running on phpBB -there will be 'Flash Chatroom' which is a plugin for phpBB (it is a commercial plugin that costs $5) Some details: -client has bought a nice monstertemplate for this, so by taking on this project, you will have access to this asset. -Logo: not provided -Tagline: provided -Reference Sites: provided -you are to sign an agreement not to use this project in any way as your project reference. Tasks required: 1) Web Design for the website using the provided template. 2) Implement the design in (1) into phpBB forum, install, setup and secure the forum, provide basic manual for client to manage forum 3) Install a plugin for phpBB which is a 'Flash Chatroom' (it is a commercial plugin that costs $5) 4) Provide support for this project (bugs, general help) within 90 days from project completion Payment Terms: 1) If your feedback is 20 or less, you will need to deliver complete work before full payment is transferred to you. (Please check our feedback, we pay on time, every time. This is to filter only serious Service Providers. *We have been cheated several times*) 2) If your feedback is 21 or more, 50% escrow will be transferred upon project kickoff and released upon client confirmation of design concept. Remaining 50% will then be escrowed and released on project completion.
