I need a professional religous webite created with the following criteria:
Website should contain one opening flash or shockwave movie. (Which ever ocx format is the most popular)
Opening Movie should contain the following blended pics: The Bible, earth, and a 4-star pointed cross located at the top of the Earth. An animated white dove should be placed in the center of cross which should fly from the center of the cross to the right direction.
-The Earth needs to have have longitude and latitude lines
-The Bible should be open.
-Under the Earth and Bible should be a Ribbon containing the following words "Impacting the world with the word".
My minister would like the following web pages/buttons to be available:
**Contact** (Users be able to contact my minister via online with text boxes or email link. "Which ever is todays standard")
**Prayer Requests** (Users be able to submit prayer reqests via online text boxes or email link. "Which ever is todays standard")
**Sermons** (This button should paint a web page displaying available mp3 sermons. Once a sermon is clicked, the defauld mp3 player shall
play the selected sermon.
**Order Sermons** (This button should paint a web page to submit order requests to my minister via postal mail) "Standard print order form"
I am a professional visual basic programmer, however my webite creation abilities are limited.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
