I have what should be a quick and simple project for someone who is proficient in Flash.
So, here is the project. If you can please take a look at <[url removed, login to view]>. See the lanterns on either side of the header. I need those two graphics converted to Flash files with little white glowing dots floating around to resemble fireflies. Here is what it looks like in the original template <[url removed, login to view]>. But, the original Flash file is all one piece including the logo and links, but we needed to make those static with only the lanterns being Flash.
I do have the original Flash files that came with the template which I can provide if necessary. I'm not a Flash developer, so it would take me longer to figure out how to do this than it's worth when this would be a simple project for someone who does know what they're doing. Please be sure to provide samples of your Flash work when bidding.
I'm willing to pay $25 for this. I will pay an extra $25 bonus if you can have it delivered to specification by noon Central time on Wednesday, Dec 23rd.
