Scratch Off Script PHP & Flash

Hello, I need a Scratch Off Script with the following requirements:
- Flash User Interface (SCRATCH TICKET) With Scratching Animation
- PHP Admin , where I can setup Prizes (as image files), user control, winning probabilities (something to control how many prizes i'm giving), User CHANCES TO PLAY - ADMIN.
- User Login by email address & password (NEW User Registration page too).
- I need to be able to change the IMAGE for the FLASH SCRATCH OFF interface, so I can adjust it to my site needs.
- If its possible to check if emails are valid.
- The User information Must be saved in a database that I will be downloading with a MYSQL to XLS script I made.
