Okay, here's what I've going on ...I've designed a website for a client, and now he wants 2 simple flash animations for clickable doorways to product pages. They don't need to be any larger than about 300x300 pixels each.
I imagine for anyone with an **ounce** of flash skills, this might take all of 30 minutes to put together. I just don't know Flash well enough to do this...
Here's exactly what my client is requesting.... (1) flash design to be a "spinner" wheel. Yes, you've seen them everywhere on the street. My client is going to sell them. So, I need to have a flash design for that...just a spinning wheel with a stationary low-profile tire. The other flash design is (1) single diamond, spinning & sparkling as it goes. Like I said, nothing terribly fancy here...
I'm willing to pay $50 for someone to put this together quickly for me. Anything more than that, and it's not worth my time, and I'll just tell the client I can't make it happen, and to keep his money.
## Deliverables
NOTE: I may be willing to pay a little bit more for "end-user pickiness". In other words, my client may like the initial design, but want a
**small** change (or changes) made. I need a programmer that is willing to do some "touch-ups" if needed for the final product.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as **complete source code** of all work done (*very important*!!!)
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

It's Flash, so if it will run on MSIE or Netscape, then it's good.
