I am creating a speed dating website. This is the new rage of dating hitting America. You get 20 single men and 20 single women together and they all get a short date with everyone.
I need web site to do this for marketing and online registration and payment. I need a designer and a programmer and am spliting this into 2 bids.
I think this is an excellant opportunity for whoever desides to take this on. There will be high traffic by single upper middle class people. These will be potential customers for you. I plan on heavily marketing this to include appearances on local TV and radio where I will rave about the quality of the website and what has been done. Plus it will be a fun job! This is just some of the opportunity.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
The design is absolutly vital for success. My target market is upper middle class, quality, successful singles. They must feel tht this is a classy quality, fun, stylish thing to do. If they are too embarrassed to 'stoop' to a dating service they will never attend or want to associate with it. I like the way [url removed, login to view] is set up, but I think it is a little too busy and not classy enough. I have some other examples of websites I like as well. I am looking to do this in an inexpensive way, but quality as well. So not that much design, but good design.
**Basic, simple, quality, classy, sophisticated, traditional, reputable, credible. ??modern, fun, sleek, sensual, sexy, romantic
Must appeal to all ages and types of people and must appeal to men since there are usually more women than men.
**1. Classy logo--possible options: city buildings, piano, sax players, dancing, moonlight, sillouettes.
2. Backdrop for web pages (for lack of correct terminology)
3. Stanadard look and links for each web page (I like [url removed, login to view])
4. Upcoming Events page
5. Specific Events page
6. On the home page I would like to have about 5 different sloagans popup and disappear on the screen, but dont want it to take a long time to download
**Total web pages to design
Home (sloagans that pop up)
Standard info web page (they all look the same)
Upcoming Events (present the info in a nice way)
Specific Event Details page (present the info in a nice way)
**Links to add later
**I want it to be easy to add these links later and not have to redo the entire design. I like the way [url removed, login to view] has the 2 tier approach.
