SSH remote control

I am trying to create a client area for my site and need to provide the ability for the user to access and run certain scripts or commands on a remote server. The reason being that the remote server has no web interface, only ssl or telnet.

I currenlty use telnet for this but it is too unreliable and nto secure enough.

I need a script in php or python, or possibly a flash interface that will allow the user to click a button and in doing so loginto the remote server and perform a command, then get the server response.

It needs to be able to read data from a mysql database, run the commands and save things such as response and pid of last command. Will also need to alert the user if their action was successful or not.

i can go abouve $100 depending on what you can offer.
