What has to be designed is a web page (for intranet application), which would replace a traditional "main menu" (a bunch of text labels like "customers") with a visual representation (where actions are presented as boxes with links between them). I will provide with a design prototype in Visio, which lists all the elements (about 30 individual boxes and about the same amount of arrow links between them). What has to be done is web-page with flash code, which would nicely draw all the items (re-adjust them so they would fit the screen nicely) and upon the click on each of them - go to a specific page on the website. The source code must be provided and written in a way that it is easy to add more elements (or change existing ones) in the future
