My usual web designer is not able to complete this project for me right now so I am bidding it out. Please give your input on how you would handle the following issues: 1. I am trying to detect automated bots and spiders that are coming to my website but are not real people and are not reading the content. Do you know the best way to detect them? (1) For example, I am thinking of putting an invisible image on different parts of my web pages. Is there any way for parts of a page to trigger a GET on a URL/image ONLY when the user scrolls to that portion of the page? If the URL/image is not triggered, then I know the user did not scroll to that portion of the page. A real user will scroll to the bottom of the page when a bot/spider will not (2) Is there any way to track scrolling action itself? For example, can we detect if the user pushes page up and page down buttons or clicks on the scroll bar? (3) how can I take more advantage of cookie information? Am I leaving cookies now and how do I utilize cookie information? 2. Are you able to do floating buttons that float above the website in a fixed position (e.g. upper right hand corner), no matter if the user scrolls up or down the page? 3. How can I keep track of where different users come from? How do I set up URI query information, so each referring website is uniquely identified? For example, [url removed, login to view],keyword=buyrealestate or something like this. Can I just add anything after php and question mark according to my own setup and this text will have no effect? Or does it have to have a certain structure? 4. Can you obtain flash videos from other websites? I would like to host them on my own website, so we do not depend on them. If I have no choice, then I need to somehow link to their flash videos. If there are multiple flash videos on a page that I want to use, I would need to be able to link to a specific flash video

Description Continued: 5. Create method in [url removed, login to view] or elsewhere for me to make links change color when the visitor does a mouse over of a web link. Provide me with instructions on how to utilize your setup when I insert content in the admin panels. This should also work for new banner tabs (I may insert new banner tabs later) These are just discussion questions, and I will select a programmer based on their answers these questions. For a description of the detailed work I expect to be done, please see the attachment.
