Need a website build from scratch. Have a readymade picture of layout which will be provided thru a link to serious bidders.

Site will contain PHP, CSS, Flash, backend Admin connected to a database etc. You will get the idea when seeing the pic mentioned above.

IMPORTANT!!! The person who wins have to stay in contact on a daily basic (thru Skype)
