We need a professional to make changes to our existing website.

We are going to use this theme for our sister company (a colocation and webhosting provider). We have the original theme files, and can provide the entire website/graphics/flash as it stands.
List of Items required:
-Fix Dead Links
-Repair formatting so pages display properly in IE5.0+ and mozilla
-Improve the Navigate graphics along the bottom
-Font changes (open to ideas)
-All pages should use the blue on blue style (no more Blue/Orange)
For creative input, the URL will be stormcoastnetworks.com. When suggesting ideas, keep this in mind
I would like updates every 3 days to monitor progress.
Addon (not required but requested) - please specify that you are including these add-ons in your bid
1. Replace the top left flash with a PC/Server/ or? (open to ideas), Replace the Flash animation in the center (lighthouse or beacon?)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working webpages(s) as well as complete source code of all work done (HTML and FLASH)
2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
## Platform
Must display properly using Internet Explorer 5.0 (and above), Netscape, and Mozilla.
