I need a upscale website template for a network surveillance website. In short its the new CCTV systems based on IP cameras. We use mostly AXIS and Arecont products, fixed cameras, pan zoom tilt, cool control room software etc. I need an elegant website template, not too busy, in html and images in photoshop. If you wish to use flash, it must be very minimal and customisable in txt config file. See this page as an example, but I dont like the template,

Im a member so its free but dont like it. As an easys tarting point I can download and send you any of the member templates, just tell me which you can use. I want something with more of a white background. will provide a company logo in vector art (CDR) you can incorporate. But it must look classy, corporate, simplistic elegance. lots of white background, simple thin black lines, rounded line corners, and the graphic to be superb. High qualityroduct pictures can downloaded from the AXIS products website and I can provide some too.
A standard design for all pages is fine with a menu section for 5 pages. about us(home), why CCTV, IP technology, our projects, contact us
I will provide some links to sites with ideas also. The AXIS site itself is a nice example of simple elegance yet corporate feel. [url removed, login to view] - A bit more upscale would be nice.

I have several other projects and would like a programmer / designer I can work with on a regular basis. Quote your most reasonable price please.
