I have a template that needs to be divided into Frontpage 2000 borders (top, bottom, and left). It's not quite as simple as it sounds - the top border needs to stretch horizontally and the left border needs to stretch vertically. The template will already do this, but not when it is put into borders. The borders need to be lined up to the edges of the page automatically. I can't get them to do this, except one page at a time. The style sheet needs to be read in each border. It shows when you open the border file individually, but not when you add the borders to a regular page. Also, there is some javascript in the template that preloads the images. It works fine in the template, but when it is divided into borders, a page error happens when the top border's nav buttons are touched by the mouse. So that will need to be fixed.
## Deliverables
Three working borders, that line up with each other properly, stretch horizontally and vertically to fill the pages, without white space around them, without page errors, and with the style sheets working. The template page already exists. I do not need any new design work done.
