We want to be able to project arbirtary content on to skewed and non-flat surfaces, and have the GPU counterdistort the projected distortions.
In principle, a command line program might accept an input file that specifies the surface to be projected upon (as a mesh, say, relative to the projector), and would then configure the GPU to remap pixels from XY to UV coordinates, and also adjust brightness to compensate for resulting changes in luminance.
Prior GPU programming experience will be essential.
Please feel free to call for clarification and discussion.
