We are starting a new site with all cinds of fun things one can send by email. - Graphics - Fynn photos - Jokes - Funny text - Text pictures The objective is to get good traffic by links, community and good search engine rankings to pull in traffic to the site. The site will be aimed mostly at young people from 10-30. You will: - Build the entire site and have complete reponsibility for everything on the site. It is really very much up to you how you want to do it as long as the objective is reached. - Assemble and collect fun stuff from the internet. Finding material, putting it on our server or linking to the material online. - Make a directory of all the fun stuff. - Write some copy for the site. - Build a community where people can chat and discuss and share fun stuff to email with each other. - Possibly build an small application where people can email the funny stuff directly from the website in a html fasion. (Send this picture to a friend now with your from address - functionality.) The site will need to have at least 50-100 pages. Most of the pages will be in the directory section. There will be sections like this in the directory: Photos - Monkies - Babies - Dogs etc with one page for each section - everything search engine optimized. The site should use some soft of common open source content management system.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
