PHP/MySQL project needs completing

What I need: A php/mysql guru A hard working and talented designer? Someone who can speak and write fluent English Someone who I can disucss projects with ove the internet and phone/mobile Project: I currently have a project which needs completing and once finished I need you to support and look after the site, making alterations as and when required. 1) Your first role will be to complete the project with guidance from me. 2) You also need to iron out all errors in design, functions, spelling etc 3) You also need to test all functions and correct any issues with the site and security. You will need to have good enlgish as I will give you instructions in english only. You should have v. good knowledge of how to make a site safe and secure from hackers and other attacks. I am looking for a confidnet individual/company that is looking first to complete a php/mysql project and then one that can form a long partnership who can continue to work for me even after this project is done. This project will take roughly 30 working days to complete. I am looking for long term support also once the site is complete. I aim to pay you $50 a month to look after the site. (min 1 year contract) You will be shown the site and be expected to work to deadlines. So a loyal hard working and honest individual/company is required. Further info on project will be given to those who require it. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
