Cocoa application to run natively under Apple OSX. Take all the image files in a specific folder and convert into a quicktime movie. Use jpeg images as in CocoaCreateMovie. Display as embedded quicktime movie in an onscreen window. Allow user to play, stop and step the movie using keyboard/mouse. When stopped five image frames either side of current position should be appear. These should scroll as user steps forward and back through the movie. When playing just a single central moving frame should be shown and others should disappear. It must work as described and look good, but it is just an initial example prototype of part of a possible future project so keep it simple and treat it as your showcase. In fact most of this is covered by the examples here... [url removed, login to view] CocoaCreateMovie and SimpleCocoaMovie. The twist is the expanding/contacting behaviour and appearance when stationary. I will accept multiple bids as I want to find the right person for future (higher paid) work that has experience of Cocoa programming using Quicktime and vImage on Apple using XCode tools.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased, other than use of the Apple example quicktime code mentioned. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
