374961 Simple web based software

I am looking to get a simple wizard type of software created. the wizard would be a step 1 step 2 ...step by step software that would lead people though a process or system created by myself. For example i have a system that is 6 steps to do offline marketing for my clients, but in each step there are 5-10 tasks. The wizard would give them step 1 with the tasks and only after completion can they get to the next task...(they have to verify they have completed by clicking a next type button). Now,wizard should have ability to be edited at the back end and that would include an area for text to be there, this would ideally be a choice of a written scrolling text option (to save space) or download pdf option. It should also have a video box so that i can explain the step by video. The video would be taken from youtube using a youtube url to link to to save bandwidth. The wizard should also have a timer mechanism on it too, this way i can set the recommended time to complete a task and the user can utilize this to keep productive. This wizard will be used for several tasks that i want to get done so it needs to be a skeleton which i can create new projects and as many projects as i want. I am not sure if it should be web based or desktop based. whatever is fastest, cheapest, easiest!...Each project may have many users as i will be offering it to my clients and when i do new projects there will be different people all using their own campaigns with their own progress. Now, Ideally. it will be built on wordpress...so i guess its like having a theme that can be installed on a new site every time i want to do a new project...so it would be like installing it and creating it into a type of membership site. Each project being different should look different too in design...so it needs to be able to take different themes or skins which i will get a graphic designer to do. The user needs to be able to take notes and also needs to be able to set the timer for the tasks. I would also like to have a section which give the user a multiple choice test at the end of the task when he verifies he has completed...if he has not answered to a competent degree it should not allow him access to the next task. This would be done with a drop down set of questions that i would define for each task and i would set the correct values for. There would have to be a secure login with password and user name. Nice clean appealing interface with video box and the 3 boxes underneath which could be 1. the timer 2. task notes and 3. written instructions with scrolling text. You get the idea? This is a simple task although there is some work to do. It should be a quick easy job for someone who knows what they are doing and can work hard and can work fast. Bids welcome for 5 days then if i haven't got the right bid i will try other outsourcing sites. This is not a hugely expensive job...a few hundred bucks at the most. Please bid accordingly.
