Static website with 5-6 pages

We are looking for an Arabic/English website with 5-6 static pages. The Designer should be experienced and well versed with various web designing tools HTML, CSS, JavaScripting. PHP, Flash, Ajax, SEO would be a plus. Please submit your references with the proposal. Information for the website will be as follows: 1. Home page will have a Top menu with following Menu Items: • Home page • Who We Are, • What We Do • News • Career Opportunities with an "Apply Now" area 2. Home page will have a static brief about the project with a register for news /twitter feed 3. "Who We Are" and What We Do will be a static text 4. Career menu item should list all Open jobs. Each career opportunity should be hyperlinked to a job description 5. Each Job description should have a "Apply Now" button 6. "Apply Now" button should take the applicant to a small form with a list data fields with "Save" or "Upload Resume" buttons. However, Uploading a resume is not mandatory. List of fields on the form are: • First Name • Second Name • Family Name • Nationality • Gender • Date of Birth (Gregorian) • Nationality • City of Birth • House Address • Highest level of education • Are you a fresh graduate ? (Conditional) If Yes, it should skip item 12, 13 and 14. • Monthly Gross Salary (SAR) ? (Optional) • Company Name (Optional) • Job Title (Mandatory) • Languages (Open box) Display faded text ex: Arabic Only, English Only, Arabic and English or when mouse is hovered • Photo (Optional) • CV Upload (Optional) 7. Soon after the Save button is pressed, system should send a confirmation email to the applicant and forward the info and attachment to a pre-configured email address. Optional: Smart phone App for iPhone and Android without upload CV feature.
