I work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and more advanced languages also including jQuery, PHP and SQL. If you were to award me the project, the things I would look to improve are the following: * I would completely redesign the homepage. * Adding better effects to the link and giving them a more standard approach. * I would re design you a footer in which we would include the company name and/or address, website address, - all contact information, and also include social media pages for your business. If you don't have them already I will create them for you if your wish. * I would style your blog page to be visually more attractive which will attract more people. * I will create you a database which will hold the blog posts and use PHP to retrieve the information for display. Looking at your site the first thing is it looks like you have some CSS issues with your links when you hover over them. I can help fix that and then we can discuss anything else you might need done as well.

Based on what I can see ffrom your current website you need a full redo. It is not responsive in design, its cluttered, almost makes no sense, its very mono tone in color, etc. I would start by asking if this is a constantly updated site, if that's the case then we need to build it on a CMS platform that easily allows you to manage, change and create content on your own without needing a full time dev. on staff. If you are not constantly updating content a static PHP/HTML site would serve you just fine.
