The individual must possess an in depth knowledge of word press, pluggins, login applications, themes and security etc. I want to develop a client related website where the client clicks on a secure pdf, word or excel documents that is specific to them. The page and documents need to be 100% secure. The website should have a minimalist appearance but modern looking with a combination of color & function. Tabs and grids would be used to create an organized and minimalist appearance. The documents need to be changed each year. The site will need to be set up so that documents can easily be dragged and dropped in by a graphic artist. Significant preference will be given to the individual that can perform the work out of my NH office.

Does your work mean that the file admin puts will be sent to the user and the user can login in their account and access the file. Same follows if the user is suppose to send a file then the file will be sent to the admin. So please update me as the rate may vary if there are additional features.
