Modifiy Joomla Site & Component

I need a Joomla expert that understands Jquery and Joomla Components and Modules to modify and update an unfinished Component and Template integration. The Component is a Photo Competition setup that has been modified to handle Text, Audio, Video and just about any other type of competition. YOU MUST SHOW PROOF OF COMPONENTS CREATED BY YOU OR ELSE DO NOT BID. IF YOU ARE JUST A BIDDER AND NOT A DEVELOPER DOING THE WORK... DO NOT BID. I WILL ASK TECHNICAL QUESTIONS AND IF YOU ARE NOT COMPETENT THEN DO NOT BID!!! ALL WORK MUST BE DONE ON MY PROVIDED HOST AND THERE IS NO OPTION FOR ANYTHING ELSE... AS I NEED TO SEE CHANGES AS WELL HAS THE DEVELOPER MUST BE EFFICIENT AND GOOD COMMUNICATOR. This job is not complex, ALL YOU ARE DOING IS MODIFIYING AN EXISTING CODE FOR A WORKING COMPONENT SO THAT IT CAN BE USED ON ANY SITE OR TEMPLATE. 1. I have two copies of the code, the one on the demo site is the latest version and the current installable component needs to be updated to reflect changes on the demo site as well as name modification and etc 2. The code needs to be modified and some file names and names throughout the component needs to be updated. 3. The Joomla Template that host the Component needs a little Css & Html work to refine the look and feel 4. The Database structure needs to be updated to also ensure that upon installation of the component everything works seamlessly 4. The finished work will be tested by my team for bugs and to ensure that all requirements are met before full payment is given Successful bidder will get all resources.
