Wordpress Theme Redesign & Finishing Touches

I have got a theme ready which is based on another wordpress site.I am looking to complete the theme as the designer who was working on it couldn't complete [login to view URL] said that he was being hospitalized & hence requested me to allot the work to some other designer.

The theme is already 90% complete.I would expect you to finish the remaining works such as the following:

1) Responsive design is working but the layout is not [login to view URL] have to rectify the responsive layout

2) I wanted custom fields to display 3 meta [login to view URL] areas where they have to be displayed is provided.I require you to complete the coding part only.

Apart from these, minor rectifications may be required.

You need not work from scratch for this [login to view URL] will only have to complete the theme from where it was left.

So bid [login to view URL] bidder would get the job & the delivery should be done in 3 days.
