I would like to create an affiliate panel with wordpress

I'm creating a website that sells travels. The site must have a user panel and an admin panel. Something like an affiliate panel and I would like to make it in wordpress. I have already created the basis of the site but I need the user panel and admin panel. I need of a user panel where there must be: 1. A side menubar 2. A page where you can deposit money via paypal. 3. A page where you can find a table with your total balance and below the list of all deposits made. 4. A page which lists the travels that you can do. The travels have to be divided by price range. There must be 4 price bands and each band has to have a different color: in order green, red, silver and gold. 5. The home page must have a welcome text, a table with the current balance and on the right there must be a box in which there is the first and last name, user photo, the logo of the site, username, id associated (with serial number). The box shall be of the color of the price range achieved with the money. 6. A page with the user's personal details and the ability to change the data. In the admin section must be able to edit the pages of the user panel and insert new pages.
