Help with menu code

Hi,
I have a menu project I am on and I need to make a different menu to show to logged in user and a non-logged in user. I got the code already for it I just need know where to put it and exactally what to do with it. I will pay $10 which is great for the small amount of work. I need know what I need take out or replace the code with. Please reply if you know how to do this I have all the code already
