I need a CMS DB that I will debug as a separate site at first, and then it will have to be integrated into an existing membership site. This will have to be done in phases to make sure server(s) can handle it, and does not disrupt main memberships. The DB must work like this. I want to enter in a movie, or television show that has a foot fetish scene for example. I include the actresses name, and what is going on in the scene. I then upload the video(s) for that scene. Optional: The script will make a few screen caps of the video uploaded, and archive them on a page. This way people can see the vidcaps of the scene before downloading the video. I would prefer that I upload the video(s) by FTP instead of web interface. It can have a web admin that works with the FTP, but I do not want to be uploading videos through a web application. They are slow, and crash. Which is annoying to say the least when doing a lot of videos. The DB much be searchable by celebrity, or movie/tv show. i.e. alphabetical. There must be a main menu, or navigation page for this. Somewhere it will show what has been updated, or new in the videos section. The main, or front end of the site is a huge picture membership site. These videos will need to be in a secure, or membership type of back end. Where paying members get to view them, and non paying do not. If you do not know how to do this type of application, this is not a program for you. I use Verotel for processing. Do not give me your recommendations on others you like working with for on API. I will not consider anyone with missed reports. Those with low scores, or no history of this type of work, or projects over $1000.00. This is a serious project for top coders. Not jokers. Lastly, before bidding, take a look at other projects, and requirements I DEMAND in a coder. [url removed, login to view]
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
I do not use WINDOWS servers. So plan accordingly on your recommended code. Site must look and work on all browsers and OS. If it does not. You do not get paid.
