Email Deliverability & Power MTA Install Expert Needed!

I need an expert to install and configure PMTA and Octeth OEM pro ESP software on a server for me. You will need to recommend required server specifications and I will acquire the server to install it on. I am looking to setup an ESP using the Octeth software with delivery through PMTA so I need somebody that can install PMTA and set it up with settings considered to be the best practices for getting delivery to the big ISPs (AOL/Yahoo/Hotmail) including rate limiting, connection numbers, etc. You will also need to set up a long term warming sequence to warm up the IPs so they are ready for use. For Octeth OEMpro you will need to install the script and set it up to send mail through PMTA. Once it is all set we will need to do a screenshare so you can walk me through all of the settings so I understand exactly how everything is setup. Good work here will result in long term projects focussed on optimizing deliverability. The hosting company needs to be offshore and I need to be able to replace the ips and domains when needed.
