We currently have a java web application that is used to assemble documents based on a set of interviews. Currently, this application generates .rtf files. It also currently reads in a .fo file to determine how the resulting file should look. This project should implement the following changes / bug fixes: 1. The application should read in OpenDocument files as templates and generate OpenDocument (and optionally Word) files as a result. 2. The current bug related to Question Type 3 (checkboxes) should be fixed. 3. Once an interview is completed, the user should be able to save their responses. #3 is not important right now, but should be thought of when making changes. I attach a sample OpenDocument template and result for the Haiku interview. This will change once #2 is fixed.
