128 bit Java Android encryption, PHP decryption, PHP encryption, Java Android decryption

I am looking for some sample 128 bit encryption code. A function in Java (for Android) will take a String, encrypt it (128 bit), and use an HttpPost to send it to a PHP program. The PHP program will decrypt it, reverse the text, re-encrypt the reversed text and respond to the Android app. The Android app will then decrypt the code.

I estimate that there will be around 50 lines of code total that will need to be written. If you already know how to do this, this will be easy money.

**In the php program, I need to the getDecrypt function to decrypt the 128 bit encrypted String from the Android (Java) and getEncrypt function to reencrypt the reversed string so that it can be sent back to the Android Java program...
