I need a tiny Java program to accept a decimal IP address and convert it to its binary equivalent. eg from the command line it would run like this; c:\java IP_Converter 192 156 1 1 and then return the binary like this; 11000000 10011100 00000001 00000001 Thats all the program needs to do.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program with complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 3) The program must contain at least one sub-routine (ie functions, methods). 4) The program should be written in a proper engineering manner with specification, design (functional decomposition, control structure diagram and flowchart), implementation, test and debug. Or at the very least a thorough explanation of exactly what the program is doing and how it works.
Java Virtual Machine running on MS WinNT4 and WinXP
