I need Java expert ASAP to consult with my coders on a problem with Java script. Please bid on what your hourly rate is. I need help ASAP. ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Tuesday Mar 17, 2009 7:40:52 PM: HERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF THE ISSUE: I'm still getting bad file descriptor errors when I try to edit a file using the java file manager in webmin - the first time this happened was late last week when people couldn't login to their town admin panels. Do you think there is a connection between these funky webmin errors and the missing session variables on the hosted website? Regards, Robert On Tue, Mar 17, 2009 at 12:59 PM, Town & School Email Updates rote: From what I can see. 1. the DB is fine and the PW / login for ind towns is in tact. 2. the code logs in properly 3. $_SESSION["s_orgid"] is not being set and when we get to [login to view URL] it fails due to no session variable. Not sure why this is happening or what changed. I used PSpad to login in and edit the files to pull the comment lines out and check the flow. I was good until I hit [login to view URL] where it is looking for $_SESSION["s_orgid"]. $_SESSION["s_orgid"] is set previously in act_checklogin. Dave -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Sat, 14 Mar 2009 21:41:48 -0400 Subject: Re: Dave--Can you figure this out? From: To: I just tried to take a look and I couldn't edit the [login to view URL] file or upload a new file because I kept getting "bad file descriptor" errors. I don't have winscp access anymore so I don't know of a way to edit it unless I write perl one liners to remove comments from the file by editing in place using the command shell screen in webmin (which seems like ridiculus overkill just to uncomment a couple debug statements). Dave, did you edit the files in webmin to check it out? * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Tuesday Mar 17, 2009 8:07:44 PM: It turns out that this is not a java problem but a PHP issue. Anyone out there PHP expert?
