Flash Image Manipulation

Hi there, I need a flash based web application that allows users to upload their foto. The idea is to have like 10 original images for people to choose one from (people: astronaut etc). These images were already edited by my so I cut out the faces to be replaced with the user faces. I want this to be a little flexible for the unsers so there is the original (transparent astronaut) image sitting on top of the users image after he has uploaded it. Then the user may move his image around to make it fit to the original. The user also may scale his image. After he has finished the user can press a download button to save the final image to his harddisk. That's it.
