I am learning Linux - Ubuntu - Server.
I am looking for help to install and configure Open Source "Adempiere" on Ubuntu - Linux.
Some of the desired features include ability to offer following to any business who choose to use our services (i.e. multiple companies / organizations). :.
b. Billing / Invoices / Inventory and payments via paymenet gateway e.g. paypal etc
(preferable to do Integration with OSCommerce).
c. Tax / Accounting / book keeping.
e. Email, PDF, XLS or CSV various reports and transactions
f. Reminders, alerts to contacts, Things to Do lists. g. Calendar / Event management.
I will install the Ubuntu on a test server. I will then hand over the root access of the server to you.
You may then install and configure the Adempiere on the same test server.
After your installation, I will repeat the same on my production machine myself based on documentation / ssh scripts etc provided by you.
I should be able to follow your instructions without much of hassle. So please make good notes.
If there are some complementary softwares that you want me to install then let me know.. similarly if some command takes too long to run then I can run it for you.... e.g. apt-get install ..... etc etc.
