Target phone Nokia 6230.

Requirement is for a J2ME Jabber IM Client.

2. Login

3. Send and Receive Messages (One to one messaging)

See attachment for further detail.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) Must provide source code compiled jar with jad.

b) Must be put on web so that I can download OTA to my phone (I will give you web and ftp details)

c) Must provided instructions on how I can recompile jar and how to edit jad

d) Must include instructions if I need to install anything to compile

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Coder may be required to sign and return to Buyer a non disclosure agreement and an assignment clause as per section 3 above.
