JavaVideo App

This project requires the coding company to produce a JavaVideo application, that allows a user to have a full audio/video conference from any java enabled device. There is a functional specification, that I will make available to the short list of programmers, once I have read your credentials. This is in essence a cut-down repost of my previous JavaNetmeeting request. Please DO NOT bid for this project if you are not 110% sure of being able to deliver!! I have engaged a previous company to do this and the result was an absolute disaster. I will be requiring weekly updates, and weekly reports. I will reward you handsomely if you deliver. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Server to be Linux and Apache, as well as Micorsoft and IIS (Optional). Client should be any device that has a functional camera, microphone and speaker. Assume no software will be able to be installed by the user at the client end.
