On-Line Banking

Basically I'm creating an on-line banking computerised system. The system will be implemented in such a way it has to use java as the prime programming language along with html for the web page designing. There has to be a database in MySql which is connected to the system via JDBC. The system should have a friendly user-interface with a proffesional feel. It has to allow customers over the internet to open bank accounts, check balance,print balance, carry out money transfers, allow interst to be credited into the account (to make to system more real), arrange overdrafts, arrange credit limit, high security features, etc... So basically, I want a system which will be like some of the high street branches i.e Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds [login to view URL] system doesn't have to be highly as sophisticated as the current internet banks, but at a high class university degree project. Could you please get back to me as soon as possible as time is of the essence. I have get the project completed in the next few weeks so it is essential that the whole process is carried out efficiently and effectively. It needs to have good use of graphics and animation.
