MySpace Friend Request Framework

I'm looking for someone that has a prebuilt framework/class library with source code included to customize for friend requests, messages and bulletin posts on MySpace. This would need to be written in either PHP or Java and run on a *nix server.

I'm thinking I will need to code a controller script to interact with the classes and manage accounts/friends in a mysql database. If you have that done already too, let me know.
