Need Java code to parse incoming emails

We need someone to develop a Mailet for the Apache James mail server - <[login to view URL]>. It needs to be able parse out the TO field of incoming email and save any attachments attached to the email. Please also provide clear instructions on how to configure and install the Mailet with James.
