Neural Network in Java

I've found a Multilayer Perceptron on the web, but as I know little about neural nets I don't really know how to use it. I need you to slightly modify the programme for me to suit my needs, as well as giving me an explaination/ example code as to how to use it - I can train it by following the instructions and the example code given, but once this is done I don't know how to pass through new data for it to return a 1 or 0 on the new information. I have a very tight deadline for this, but I don't see it as being a big piece of work, so hopefully it shouldn't take long. If you can accomodate me please contact me as soon as possible with a price for this work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. Basically, what I need is a Multilayer Perceptron which has the following properties: 1) Weights adjusted using the Backpropegation algorithm 2) The MLP itself is created using a coniguration file 3) Training patterns and actual data is read from a file 4) The weights are saved to a data structure, which can not be changed once fully trained (but not a file) 5) The net is trained using batch, mini batch and incremental training 6) Once fully trained, the actual data can be passed through with the MLP returning a 1 or 0 as an output. I also need the modified example code to train the MLP aswell as code to actually use it. Please ensure that the code is well commented so that I know what does what. Most of these features are already present in the code I have attached- it just needs to be stripped down to remove all the surplus features. Hopefully it will not take long once you understand it. The deadline for this is 19/3/03 ## Platform Must be written in Java 1.4 without the use of any additional external packages. The code must be made up of what is provided.
