Online Flash Intro Editor

I need a WYSIWYG flash animation editor for a web site. Please look at [[login to view URL]][1] to see an example of what I am looking for. I would like an exact duplicate or improvement upon their design tool. The editor should be able to create multiples scenes, which could include images, text, sound, and basic effects. The final movie will then be rendered to a .swf file. Preset animation effects will need to be available for the text and images. 8-10 effects should be able to be applied to the text/image such as a fading effect etc. If you have ideas for improving or adding to the design tool on [login to view URL], I would like to hear them. Please indicate whether these additions are included in your bid or how much the addition would cost. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Ability to create and render flash animations with the same options available on www.flashberry.com. These would include, but not be limited to: -Create multiple scenes -Use premade templates -Upload images to be used within movie -Use installed images -Add/Edit multiple scenes worth of text -Ability to edit font, size, placement -Ability to apply animated effect to text (such as fade) -Upload sound to be used with movie -Ability to use/select preinstalled sound files. -Move/Adjust placements of all elements, including images, text, background, and sound. -Render final movie to .swf file 3) Program must be able to be run on a linux webserver and accessible to users using Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape Navigator 6.0 or newer.. 4) The program will need to have the ability for the operator to add, edit, and or remove pre-installed themes, images, and sounds for users to use in their movies. 5) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Linux web server running Apache with PHP and mySQL.
