PDF/MP3 Program required

I am going to produce a full eBook in which each page has TWO music staves on. Underneath the staves will be an mp3 audio file embedded. I want the end user to be able to play each audio file, control volume, tempo (without changing key/pitch between 1 and 240 beats per minute 1 - 240 bpm) I want the facility to upload/insert and word document into the program, then add any mp3 file to each stave (the staves /notation are static images). I then want to be able to output the final file as a pdf with the audio/player embedded in it. Difficult to explain here!!! Please see attached. Thanks for looking!
