The project that I am offering is about creating a ranking calculation with data from a SQL Database.
Image there would be 3 different cars. Each of them has different qualities as horsepower, weight, color etc. With the application the user should be able to define what he likes best and calculate what car is the best for him.
Please take a look at the attached graphic. First of all the user selects what he is looking for in this case he checks SUV, Pickup and Truck, but he is only interested in a blue one. The second box then asks for his preferences: he does not care about horsepower, but is very concerned about the price.
The SQL Database has already been created and is not a part of this job:
Audi Ford Tata
Horsepower 100 80 60
Price 5000 3000 1500
Fuel consumption (MPG) 20 30 30
Color blue blue blue
So the calculation should be as following: According the numbers there are league tables:
Horsepower: 1. Audi [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] (because Audi has the most power)
And so on.
In the next step the best car should be classified by the users preferences. Output in the webpage after pressing the calculate button:

In the real project there will be about 15 preferences to check for. I am not in a hurry, so there is some time to complete this task.
